When you place your purchase order through Purely Pesto, we will only provide information about you to the courier company (Fedex) and Paypal to ensure the successful processing of your order. They will only receive information they require to effectively provide their services to you.

 

USE OF EMAIL ADDRESSES PROVIDED FOR MARKETING

 

We will use your email to place your order. Your email will then automatically be saved to our customer list, to send out information related only to Purely Pesto.  We will not share your details with any other parties. If you do not wish to receive updates from Purely Pesto, please contact us at: info.purelypesto@gmail.com and we will remove you from our list.

 

THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

By ordering our products from the website you are entering an agreement with us, you are providing details which are true, accurate, current and complete and that the credit or debit card details are correct and your own.

We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarising the details of your order, this is the point at which we accept your order and the contract is formed.

All payments are processed by Paypal. Users are subject to the terms and conditions of Paypal.
